Аrchimed eProcess provides detailed information on all currently running processes, both on their overall status (completed/uncompleted) and on each individual stage - current stage of execution (executor, action, deadline), status of the current stage (overdue/not overdue), etc.

Tasks and related documents in Archimed eProcess move sequentially between all participants in the work process without any loss of time and information.
The task completed at one stage of the process automatically generates a task for the next participant, while at the same time providing him with all the necessary documents for its execution.

The developed notification system in Archimed eProcess always provides up-to date information about the execution of tasks and their deadlines in real time, informing both the executors and the managers monitoring the processes.

The automatic sending of an electronic notification message, to the e-mail address of the recipient of a document, to the executor of a task, to the person, who assigned the task after its been executed and etc., ensures that employees have access to all important events that affect them, even when they are out of their office and unable to use Archimed eProcess.

In addition, the system allows you to register all documents received by official e-mail directly in it, without having to download them beforehand or copy the information about them.

Archimed eProcess provides many options for quick search of documents and processes, which will save you at least up to 60% of your time, to find the information you need.  Through the full-text search system using optical character recognition, you can also search at the content of the imported files or scanned documents. (integration with OCR engine of ABBYY FineReader or Tesseract).

In order to carry out effective real-time control, Archimed eProcess provides you with a rich set of reports, with which you can obtain at any time up-to-date statistical, operational and control information, which will greatly facilitate the making of management decisions, as well as preventive and corrective measures to improve the work efficiency.
