Archimed eDocs offers a developed security and access control system, allowing to strictly define the rights of each user and the conditions for access to each document. The rights in Archimed eDocs are part of the general user rights in Archimed eDMS.

Archimed eDocs manages all actions on documents and monitors the change of their status by storing them in structured electronic repositories on local server or in a cloud, the organization uses.

Archimed eDocs has capabilities for optical character recognition (OCR) and Cyrillic text. Using the optical recognition technology from Tesseract, you can process scanned documents, forms and handwritten forms.
